National Mortgage Assistance Center (NMAC) is not a government sponsored or approved
website or a mortgage relief service. NMAC matches consumers
with law firm partners in our network, at no cost, that may offer foreclosure
prevention services. By submitting your information you agree to
be contacted by law firm partners in our network, even if you are on the
state or federal Do Not Call list, to discuss your options.
NMAC does not send any text messages, SMS messages, robo calls
and/or automated software calling, however it's affiliates and partner law firm clients will contact you by phone, email or text/SMS even if your number is on a National or State Do Not Call List. Your consent does not require you to purchase any services. A certain outcome is not guaranteed by engaging with these
law firms. Lenders may not agree to change a consumer's loan. NMAC is not affiliated with
or approved by any mortgage lender. Information and notices on
this website are intended as general research and information
and are not intended as financial or legal advice.
Per FTC requirements, any person who
negotiates, attempts to negotiate, arranges, attempts to
arrange, or otherwise offers to perform a mortgage loan
modification or other form of mortgage loan forbearance for a
fee or other compensation paid by the borrower, shall provide

less than 14-point bold type, prior to entering into any fee
agreement with the borrower: It is not necessary to pay a third
party to arrange for a loan modification or other form of
forbearance from your mortgage lender or servicer. You may call

Nonprofit housing counseling agencies also offer these and other
forms of borrower assistance free of charge. A list of nonprofit
housing counseling agencies approved by the United States
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is available

charge fees for services provided by a law firm.

State of California Loan Modification Disclosure Requirements
"Any person who negotiates, attempts to negotiate, arranges,
attempts to arrange, or otherwise offers to perform a mortgage
loan modification or other form of mortgage loan forbearance for
a fee or other compensation paid by the borrower, is required
provide the following to the borrower, as a separate statement,
in not less than 14-point bold type, prior to entering into any
fee agreement with the borrower:
If loan modification or other mortgage loan forbearance services
are offered or negotiated in Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog,
Vietnamese, or Korean, then the above noted disclosure must be
provided to the consumer in the language in which the services
are discussed or offered."
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The National
Mortgage Assistance Center (including its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third-party information providers) against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) resulting from any representations, warranties and covenants made by you herein. Your indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of this agreement.
National Mortgage Assistance Center (including its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents) reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us and you agree to cooperate with National Student Debt Association defense of any such claims.
National Mortgage Assistance Center will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.

prevention law firm at no charge to you. The law firm
may call you to evaluate your situation and provide
assistance if you qualify.

- You can request to opt-out of future
communications from NMAC by emailing optout @ nmacenter.us.
- You can request to opt-out of future
communications from the law firm by emailing and/or
calling them directly.
How We Protect Your Privacy
Once your information reaches our server, it is protected by a firewall. With a firewall in place, your information is virtually inaccessible to third parties. In addition to encryption and firewall protections, we have all of our business affiliates agree to operate in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations, including regulations relating to CAN-SPAM and rules promulgated by the FTC. If we learn that any of our business affiliates are breaching our agreement, and therefore your trust, we will take corrective actions immediately or terminate our relationship with such business affiliate.

services that we promote on our website at no cost to our law
firm/business affiliates who have expressed a general
willingness to review your information and determine if they are
willing to provide you with the services that prompted you to
visit our website. When you visit our website, you will be
requested to complete provide certain information that our
law firm/business affiliates request in order to perform a preliminary
analysis of your qualifications to receive the service or
products. Based upon your consent, as evidenced by your
registering with us on this Site (i.e., your submission of the
requested information on the application), we will forward the
information that you provided to certain of our law firm/business
affiliates. You are under no obligation to accept any service or
product with any of our law firm/business affiliates offered.

manage incoming leads. After we submit your information to our
law firm/business affiliates, they may begin a
separate and independent evaluation of the information you
submitted (the " Quick Quote Application"). If our law firm/
business affiliates find that the Quick Quote Application meets
with their more specific acceptance criterion, they may contact
you directly by phone and/or e-mail. For more information on how
